| ETF invested in Philadelphia Media Holdings (PMH), the investment group formed to purchase The Philadelphia Inquirer, Philadelphia Daily News, and Philly.com. PMH is led by ETF investor and NutriSystem board member, Brian Tierney. At the time of the acquisition, Tierney stated to the New York Times, "What I see at the Inquirer, the Daily News and Philly.com is really incredibly powerful brands in this marketplace that have perhaps been a little beaten up, ignored, not nurtured and underleveraged, and there's an opportunity for growth."
